My account wasn’t banned for saying a word I didnt know was bad

Except what Im saying is the context wasn’t sexual... at all. And there is definitely an auto ban in place. It couldnt have been any other messages, unless they decided to wait like a month to issue out a random ban. None of my other previous messages
could have possibly given me a ban - I say the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get banned basically a minute after it happens. Unless some xbox support dude was just sitting there reading through my messages, theres no way that
wasn’t done by some automatic system

that's what I'm thinking, I dont really mind being banned for a day. I have other accounts to play on. it just makes me mad that somone who starts a hostile conversation with me can get me banned for saying two words. he said some explicit things about
my mom which I didnt think anything of. I normally don't report people. maybe they are having a bad day, I just delete their chats and move on.

I had a communications Ban for sending a cuss word message to a player who wasn’t initially harassing me. The enforcement team website doesn’t have any information on my suspension and no way of contacting there team. Pretty pathetic. No accountability at all.

I can't see anything about the other account other than that someone has it already.

Microsoft supports LGBTQ+ but the word filter for LFG posts tends to be broken and say words are banned when they're not actually bad words at all.
