    My account was wrongfully suspended


    Last week my account got hacked. When I changed the password and logged back in the hacker had modified my gamerscore. Making it look like I was cheating and getting gamerscore unfairly. Therefore my account was suspended. Is there anyway I could get my account back. I have spent over 300$ on that account.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
    Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

    We would not have any information as to why you may have been suspended twice, If the suspension is anything over 24hrs you are able to submit a case review however, being that this is only a 24hr suspension you will have to wait it out. I do apologize for
    this inconvenience.

    Hi! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    The only way to appeal any suspension is to submit a case review to the Enforcement Team. They are the only ones able to possibly lift a suspension.
