    My Account Was Wrongfully Banned


    For a little background. I’m a casual player who’s been playing since the 360 days. I keep to myself and don’t really play with anyone. Well, I was at work a few months ago, and I was being spammed with notifications that I was unlocking achievements. It was almost a six-hundred thousand points in total. I didn’t think much of it other than that maybe I had a security breach. I saw a bunch of consoles I didn’t recognize, so I removed them and changed my password. I had almost forgotten about that until a few weeks ago when my account was permanently suspended from Xbox Live. I looked into why I had my account suspended, and it said it was for the gamer-score. It said I had cheated. I appealed it, saying I didn’t do that, and I must have been hacked. The reply I got was that they denied my appeal without much reasoning. Is there anyone that knows how to help me? Is it worth taking legal action? I have thousands of dollars in games and microtransactions that I can no longer access. Years of my life, and tons of memories are in that account that I don’t wanna lose

    This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
    up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.

    We are sorry to hear that you have been permanently suspended from Xbox Live. However, this kind of concern is best dealt with Enforcement Team, only their team could provide you answer and resolution for this.

    Since you have mentioned Xbox Live ban if this message appears unto your device, please check this support article - Xbox Live device bans | Xbox Support.

    The support article discusses:

    - Xbox Live device ban permanently blocks an Xbox console or device from accessing the Xbox Live service.

    - This is not applied to your Xbox profile (account).

    - This means that no one can use the console or device to connect to Xbox live.

    - Possible causes why your device has been banned.

    However, if this is an account ban, for information about it, please go to Enforcement website. We know you have already submitted a case review, you may try to inquire back (if applicable) and provide the information you have shared in here so they may reconsider.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.
