    So I am probably not as good with security as I should be but I do the basics, then one day got to log on to xbox live through my phone to show my friend a clip, and it has logged me out? so okay I start to log back in and seem to not be using the right
    password so I go to reset my account and the email its trying to send the reset to an email I have never seen before, this is my gaming email and I use it for my xbox account which has years of game info on it and
    [Mod removed- inappropriate] much as I can still play on my account I don't appreciate not having control soo... and I called your service got ended twice by an automated voice which I really didn't appreciate :,( omg yeah I forgot the email

    Well then I’m down a lot of cash for no reason other than someone taking my stuff I’ve tried to have patience with the issues but I can’t anymore. The enforcement team doesn’t care about the players obviously. Thanks for nothing

    Unfortunately a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not use the forums. You can try contact support again to see if there is anything they can do.

    Even with an unauthorized access investigation and a case review, there is no guarantee the ban would be uplifted.
