My account was suspended

for A YEAR AND I GET NO EXPLANATION AND IT WASNT EVEN MY FAULT MY BROTHER WAS ON MY ACCOUNT AND I EXPLAINED THAT BUT ITS STILL GETS DENIED LIKE THATS SO DUMB PLEASE FIX THE WAY YOU HANDLE THIS STUFF cause if its not fixed im unsubscribing from all Xbox related content cause this is soooo outrageous if you can’t tell my why but will ban my account that’s absolutely insane
