    My Account was Suspended


    Hello. I was playing Resident Evil Revelations last night and when I woke up this morning and checked my E-mail it informed me my account was suspended. When I went to Enforcement.Xbox.com to check the reason it told me my account name/Motto/location/bio
    was inappropriate.

    I assume its because of my name? because I do not have a bio, Location or Motto filled out. The Reason was very vague and I am worried i'm going to have to change my gamer tag. I've had this name for a long time online. Its the name of my main character in
    MMOs and when I made the switch from PS4 to Xbox, I changed it from my old Xbox 360 tag to the one I have now.

    Is my gamer tag really that offensive to some people?

    My account suspended = My Roommate's account suspended

    There is no automated banning system,everything is done by a person.

    It's possible you have a console privilege suspension to prevent you using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account which is against the code of conduct.

    Any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

    If you are having trouble filing for a case review try a different web browser.

    I was permanently suspended for nudity/sexual content and I have a temporary console suspension on my new account.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?
