My account was suspended for no reason. I haven't said anything to upset or offend anyone. I have told Microsoft to even check my messages and they told me if I wanted it unbanned then I had to post on here to see if any of the team will get in contact
to see if they can sort this out.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

The only way to speak with the enforcement team about a suspension is through the
Case Review process, the Enforcement team doesn't review or read these forums. If you file a case review and the teams determine that the suspension did not violate the
Code of Conduct. It's possible it can be overturned and the suspension would be lifted. So it's best to file a case review and proceed from there.

if you feel your accounthas been compromised contact support for an unauthoirzed access case

however since you gave away and loaned your acccount guesss what

it is against the rules to loan your account out to any console othrr then you
