I was in the middle of the black ops 3 beta when a messaged popped up saying your account has been perminatly banned, I did nothing wrong to violate the code of conduct, I am just wondering why I got suspended I got a email sayong I was doing phishing, but
I believe someone that I don't know got into my account and got me suspended I contact Microsoft support and they said to mention that I didn't violate the code of conduct and someone else is in my account. I recently bought 2 years of Xbox live from GameStop
and now I won't be able to use my account and I also bought the black ops 3 so now I can't play that. I am just wanting my accoun UN-SUSPENDED PLEASE I NEED HELP ASAP!!!!! My account ganertag is (SheHasToxicLips) and the email is

Please sign in your the suspended account and go to
enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements to review the reason for the suspension. If it felt that it was unjust you can begin a Case Review with the XBLPET to review your case. Also, keep in mind that you don't want to post personal information in your
posts (e-mail address, passwords, incident numbers, etc.). Thank you,

Suspension can take time to process, so it maybe several days since the incident took place as they review the case, chat and voice.

You should be able to make a case review using the link on the email you received.
