My account was suspended for 1 day over Numbers

There is no appeal for 1 day suspensions fyi

It freaked me out too, i was afraid they were going to suspend my account and demand i pay for the subscription in full (which i think is a little weird, if you're 1 day overdrawn they can suspend your account demand you pay for the full month because
of that 1 day over, but not give you the remaining 29 days you just paid for, so i try to be extra careful)

In case it adds anything, I un-suspended one of my kid's accounts using a co-worker's phone number as a test to confirm what I already knew.

It worked just fine.

My phone number and my wife's continues to be blocked for un-suspending the other 4 accounts.

I cannot bug my coworkers each time Microsoft suspends the accounts. I need my family's phone numbers released for usage again.

(After that, it would be nice if Microsoft stopped suspending the accounts for no known reason as well)

You are following the same line of thinking as the Microsoft folks in the referenced emails.

Even if I could get the account validated and restored (I did validate by email BTW, and still get the ask for the phone number afterwards), This does not solve the two issues I brought up here since day 1.

• Repeated account suspensions - No one can explain why my kids are frequently suspended (Yes, lots of people have accused my kids of being evil... Until someone can prove to me that my 5-year old sent out 500 spam emails from Minecraft and
  then deleted the log in the Xbox account, I will continue to take her side.)

• Blocked phone numbers - Microsoft has blocked my phone number (And my wife's) for unsuspending the accounts. This is what I need fixed first, because as long as they continue suspending the accounts, I need a way to un-suspend them...

I appreciate that you are trying to help me access the accounts. As I have articulated here many times, I could knock down an old lady and steal her cell phone and un-suspend the accounts, buy a prepaid phone and un-suspend the accounts, or use your cell
and you can send me the code and un-suspend the accounts. Account validation and regaining access is not the point of this thread... It is solving the two bullets above.

The 'number' you got is a reference number, it is not a phone number to call. You would call 1-800-4my-Xbox and give the agent that number and they can pull up the records from the conversation. You account SHOULD be locked, and suspended. If this is truly
the case then no you would not be able to get onto Xbox live as you would be met with an error stating you are suspended due to problem with your payment method.

The investigations can take over a month depending on the situation with your account. If the account has had several things changed including region, this can take even longer than a month, could be up to 3 months. MS is working to get all of the UA claims
taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, but for some people it is too long. Be patient and you will get your account back.

Patience is what they ask for.
