My account was suspended--Appeal

My Primary gamertag A Square Oval was given a suspension for: This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been temporarily suspended due to cheating, inappropriate gameplay, and/or system abuse. This is because I entered a
infection lobby on modern warfare 2. It is plausible to believe that unknowingly I was invited by someone to the lobby and played in there without realizing what I was doing. I did not play the game with intentions to 'Modify" the game, nor did I effect
the gameplay of any other player by cheating publicly. On that account I spend quite a bit of money annually on Xbox, I am a patron, I withhold the code of conduct with respect to players among me. Second to this the Developers of Modern Warfare 2 pay no
mind to the game nor do they moderate it, with that being stated, if the creators no-longer feel necessary to moderate the game, why should a third party organization such as Microsoft feel the need to take action into there own hands and hand an average Xbox
Live member Like my self a two week suspension. I don't provide modding services, I don't own a J-Tag, I don't mod. I play xbox as a leisure, and spend money. Now to stress my point.
It is plausible to think that I unknowingly joined a modded lobby and without notice from anyone, had everything unlocked, with that being said. I had everything unlocked before I should of, However the things I had unlocked is accessible by anyone
and is/was not modified from it's original state...I.e. ( The Ak-47 and autumn camo). With this being said, I issue a formal appeal to the Xbox team to revoke my suspension.

My account was suspended

My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

Any idea's?

In that case, As I have never offended, they should thus give me a warning? Even if they can't revoke my suspension, I feel two weeks is unjust, because it was not my intentions nor did I effect a fellow member of the Xbox community.

for any issue/information regarding a suspension, ban or forced gamertag change you will need to post in the suspension forums. That is the only place where you will get a response from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team.

Yep it is only to inquire and not appeaal there is no appeal

Starting with aappeal or an arguement will only result in rejected post with a pm this is only to inquire
