My account was stolen

Hi, my account with gamertag Guutty and email [Mod removed] were stolen from me awhile ago. After purchasing a new xbox one i was able to recover my account by giving previously used billing info. However it appears my account was banned for an unknown reason.
Is there anyway i can have my account unlocked or am i out of luck since account security is my responsibility. i have been a customer of Microsoft for years and had many consecutive years as a gold member as well as continuously supporting the windows phone
platform. I just would rather not start over and have to repurchase all my items as well as my 60k+ gamerscore. any info would help. thanks

Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

You don't understand. My account was stolen. That is my problem that my account got stolen?

 

you can give it a try on xbox phone Support, let them start an Investigation about your stolen account - this would propably the onle way a ban could be removed again, though i would prepare for worst case Response.

 

Not entirely sure how your account could be stolen from you but as prideloss said,you could phone support & ask to open an unautherised access case but the chances of the account being unbanned is very unlikely.

Also,posting personal info like your email address is not allowed on the forums.
