dear Xbox my account has been ban for 3yrs for no reason when i contacted Microsoft in told the customer service representative that my console had been stolen in i file a police report with a officer of the law in still my account neededrock 612 is ban
in i continue by Microsoft products in dont think its fare for all xbox content in games and movie that i legally purchased with my hard owe money should also be stolen by Microsoft xbox i spend alot money with this company in i just also paid for the new
console xbox x coming this fall i paid 3 of the because i am a good customer in i just want justice in for this ban to be lifted i will agree to any paid fine i am deemed pay in anything to finally put this to rest i have reached out to you guys here in the
enforcement team in no one will contact. me back please respond thanks in have a blessed day!

Account stolen

I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

Signed into another console

Earlier this year my xobox was stolen and while I have another xbox and have since downloaded my account to this xbox, just recently my account was used on another xbox, which I assume was my old one. I guess there is no way to remove my old account from
that stolen xbox ?

This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.
