My account was recently hacked and i didnt notice until a week later...

There is not a phone number or email that we can provide at this time. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and a different web browser?

You can also try to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form. For security reasons, this method requires a lot of additional information about the account.

First thank you for your input and yes, I contacted the bank today and notified them of the situation. And I understand that it's a public forum and the best way to get support is through that link but every time I've had the "support" page open it does nothing but show the Xbox Icon spinning in circles. When I opened one the other night it was open for three hours and did nothing but spin? Is there not an email or phone line I could call instead? I rather be on hold at least because I know I'd get somewhere.

Yes, I cleared the cache and tried a different browser including my phone. Nothing on that end works. I did try the Microsoft account recovery, and it worked almost immediately. I was able to set a new password and request the security info be changed but the process takes 30 days to complete, and he has changed all the security information associated with the account so he can immediately change the password back and remove the new security info. Any other ideas? Or is there someone you can connect me with otherwise that can help?

Because this problem requires personal information and we are on a public forum, only direct support from a Microsoft or Xbox agent may be able to help resolve this issue. You can get in touch with an agent using "Contact Us" on the Xbox support website. More importantly, please make sure that any payment methods on the account have been changed and that your banking institutions are secured on their end by contacting your bank.

My X1 came scratched up on the glossy side on the top....hard to see unless your at the right angle because of the lighting...very odd lol there like big circular scratches and under the xbox one emblem logo it got keyed underneath lol ...didnt notice until
a few weeks later.
