My account was randomly suspended while I was playing, please help.

My account was suspended till October for harassment while I was communication banned, Both of these bans happened while I was not on the account, I had a friend who was swearing and threatening people over a game, I went to log onto the account and now

My account is currently suspended and I would love to know why. My son normally plays on my account but he was ill for more that a week and didn't really play xbox. I played some xbox in the week but not to much. I would like to understand why the account was suspended. It is the 2nd time this month that it's suspended without a given reason. Can you please help me understand why. Thank you

Since you still had auto-renewal turned on, Microsoft attempted to charge you for Live. Since they have been unable to, you now have a balance you have to pay off before you can get back on Live. Prepaid cards, or trial cards, cannot be used until you pay
off the balance and are unsuspended.

This could be that the enforcement is for a short period of time 24/48 hours. These bans cannot be reviewed in time, so there will be no link in the email for a case review.

You can try removing and re-adding your account on the Xbox to see if that resolves the issue, as short bans dont get seen as unflagging sometimes and doing this resolves this.
