My Account was Permanently Banned - Without Warning Or Reasoning.

Alright, so - I was playing with some friends on Rainbow Six, and was suddenly kicked from the game and logged out. When I tried to log back in, it said that my account had been permanently banned. I’ve only recieved one com-ban in my entire 7 year career
on xbox. I’ve never really done anything agaisnt the rules, or terms of xbox. When I tried to follow the link to the link given: https://enforcement.xbox.com When I arrived there, I was given a error message. Customer Service is unable to help me, and I’m
stuck not being able to even talk to anyone about it. The article said that I would recieve a message over email, and I’ve yet to recieve one. I’ve reached out over several social media platforms, with no success. I’m just out of options, and hoping that someone
sees this. My Xbox Account is , I’ve put uncountable amounts of time and money into this account, and it is my childhood. I’ve been playing on a Xbox 360 since I was 10 years old. I’m just really hoping that someone can help me out. It seems really
unfair to lock someone out of thier account, with no prior warning, and no reasoning. Like I said, I’m desperate for someone to direct me to anyone that can help. But so far, everyone has been unable to assist me, and I’m unable to talk to Microsoft Enforcers.

Does this possibly mean I could potentially sew the enforcement team for a permanent ban without reason and without warning?

The enforcement site would be the only way to get information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review. If you haven't already, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser to see if it clears the error message.

My question is, why a permanant ban? No warning. No second chance to change the emblem. This is my question. I just want a straight forward answer on why a permanant ban without a chance to change the emblem.

I checked and no, not suspended. I am permanently banned from receiving game invites all without warnings or notifications.
