My account was permanently banned - because I was hacked?

My old account, with the GamerTag "BlankInsanity", was hacked. I noticed only when I was playing halo 4 after it first came out. My avatar had turned black (that's - he was just a black blob with no visible features) and my gamerscore had gone to like 9999999Gs,
and my Gamerpic was one I did not own or appreciate.

I was kicked from my game, and told my account had been suspended until the 31st of December 9999. Since then, I've tried to contact xbox live support frequently and I have filed appeals but since there was very clearly a modification to my account, it obviously
doesn't work.

I did not touch my account, and had been playing Xbox 360 for 2 years with no bans or suspensions prior to this. I feel I've been mistreated here. I understand why the account was banned, but the code of conduct team don't seem to want to talk to me so I
can tell them what the hell went down on my account.

I would very much appreciate if the conduct team would get in touch with me. I am happy to have my gamerscore reset and my avatar and gamerpics reset, but I would like to be able to access my account, and games - and use the remaining 11 months on the 12
month xbox live gold subscription I paid for.

Thank you for paying attention to this - and I will not go file another appeal because it will fail.

Is there no clause in your agreement that says something about accounts being maliciously hacked?

Massive issue with the Xbox enforcement team

So, recently I have been permanently banned by the Xbox enforcement team, I am not here to complain that I didn't deserve the ban or that I didn't do anything wrong, I deserve it. Anyways I have a pretty big complaint about what happens to your account after you have been permanently banned, when you try to sign into your account it just simply will not let you sign into it, not bad right that's part of a ban? But when you make a whole new account and try to play any games that you downloaded on your banned account you can't play them. This is listed in their Terms Of Service (TOS) that if you get permanently banned you forfeit all licence you owned with those games. This is an issue because Microsoft does not have the right to just take away content that you purchased because you broke their rules. That is like the police taking ownership of your house and all of your possessions because you got sent to jail. They should not be able to do that, they should not be able to take away all of your belongings and your hard earned money or money you have saved up over the months, I have around 30 Dollars left on that account with the 400 Dollars worth of games, skins, and other downloadable content I have purchased over the years and something needs to be done about this, they can't just simply say that it's written down in their TOS and that is the rules because as far as I know this isn't legal in the United States at least.

 

Account banned

My account was banned because someone reported me for scamming even though I wasn't and my account was permanently banned. I was selling my old roblox account and people started to report me for no reason and then I was banned. Please help

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums. Even if support does an unauthorized access investigation and finds that the account was out of your hands, it does not guarantee that an account will become unbanned. If you've submitted a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com and they upheld your ban, there is nothing else you can do.

 

The account was last used in 2012.

You aren't going to get the account back after almost 4 years and there certainly wouldn't be any Xbox Live left even if you could get it back.

Why is it that everybody that has been banned always claim to have just renewed their Xbox Live? Not asking anyone in particular, just thinking out loud.
