Hi my name is Camren and my account was permanently banned years ago and in the time I had got in touch with a higher up in Microsoft and we talked and he changed it to a temp ban. So its been years after this ordeal and I have been wanting to make posts
on the forums for destiny because I was looking to play with people for the raids. The reason for the ban was modding the tenure and I admit to doing so and I learned not to cheat,mod anymore so I changed my ways. I am a loyal xbox fan that just wants to make
forum posts on the forums again.

Delete the profile from your xbox, clear cache, redownload your account and see if your stuffs working...

Isn't there forums, or is that what he mentioned they stopped the forum support? There used to be a place you could go to with like a silver account i think or whatever, name your account, and they'd look into it... is that no longer a thing?

This, if he can chat to someone live i'd do that even if it meant waiting for a weekday. I'd be furious too, but i would have done this by day 3 talk to someone real and see what's up how long it is for etc. Someone in that food chain can say how long and when it will be up.

Oop, yes you are right totally my bad. Good call, he should know for sure what's up and when or if his account is going to be back up.

 

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

 

Bans can only be overturned by the enforcement team & they would never reduce a perma ban for modding to a temp suspension.

Sorry but whoever you spoke to has given you the wrong information.
