    Forum Guidelines    .]     has figured out my e mail my password and my passkey!!!! Im really agitated that ten year old kids can manage to make there way through your "100% safe of hackers" console.
    I WANT A CONSOLE BAN ON [Mod Removed] IMMEDIATELY!!!!! WHY? IT WAS A
    SECURITY BREACH!!! ILLEGAL!

    Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

    If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED!!!!!! :) good luck!

    compromised account support     page. To clarify, the console itself cannot be accessed by outside intruders, however accounts do have the possibility of becoming compromised, same as with any other service. We provide

    several options     for users to protect their accounts from others, and support resources in case those do not help out.

    If you believe this user has gained access to your account through any illegitimate means, be sure to report them through the console and block them. The Policy Enforcement Team will investigate and take further action.
