My account was hacked.

Hello,

I am reaching on my new made account on the forums. My old account also known as (HisNameIsJef) on xbox was hacked this morning. Like usually I woke up ate breakfast and turned on my pc to which I saw my g-mail was compromised and I quickly changed the password and went to see if there was anything else as I wanted to open Forza 5 because I saw nothing else was compromised I was greeted with a send code "pop up" and a diffrent email which I will not specify in the open. After I saw that I went to check on google and try to log in with my microsoft email that was used in that xbox account and it said that (That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one) so that meant that my xbox/microsoft account was hacked and I lost my access to the game pass which I have a new charge next month and minecraft because I migrated my minecraft account to microsoft I began trying to reach to microsoft but it always said they have a problem on their side when I entered my phone number and I also filled the account recovery which I also specified secure details like my credit card number who only me knew but they denied it and now I'm left with nothing so I hope someone could help me out. How could I get back my account and change my password and email.

I also know the hacker is Russian because the new e-mail is associated with a Russian g-mail domain, I also know the new email but that doesn't help me achive anything because I cannot do anything without the password which I hope I will get the reset password from the account recovery which I have also submitted a new form.
