My account was hacked.

It’s currently 22:54 where I am (10:54pm) and I just checked to see if I could speak to someone atthe support page, but the call hours have passed. I’ve already changed my password after it occurred, but someone sogned into my xbox account while i was still
on it somehow. I was playing Blackout on Call of Duty BO4 and I got a message from an account named the following:

I didnt think anything of it as I tend to get messages a lot, whether it be peaople saying good game or other positive things, or wven people sending me hate messages. I’m a hardcore gamer, I play rush, I play relentlessly. It’s annoying, sure, but it’s
not uncommon for me to get hate messages. Never before has someone signed into my account while still signed into their own before. In fact, nobody else has ever signed i to my account. Except my girlfriend. They changed my Gamer Picture, and thats all as
far as I know, but whoever it is also got into my girlfriends profile. I was texting her about it as soon as I realized what was happening and I joined the guy’s party. She joined after I did, he staryed making racist comments to me for being white and stated
that “she would be next” if she opened her mouth. Well I asked him and his friends why they were on my account, how they got on ot, and who they were. They didnt answer that of course, they just lughed and made more racist comments. Well, they kicked me from
the party, and then they changed her gamertag. It was Maddie2Coolz but I’m not sire what they’ve changed it to now. It takes time for a new Gamertag to appear for friends. But she can see it and she told me they changed it. I’d like whoever is in control of
that account to be reprimanded for it, I would also like to ensure that my account as well as my girlfriend’s account are safe. Thank you. I also have pictures to show the message with the time recieved telling me to look at my gamer picture, and then a picture
of the message after the incodent finished showing that he deleted the message. It shows the gamertag and the time.
