    My account was hacked


    My account was hacked on Sunday 12/12/17. The hacker changed my recovery email and changed all my security information. I have already contacted xbox support over the phone. They officially documented the incident and i was told that was going to be receiving
    a call from the internal services of Microsoft. I never received this phone call and nothing has been done to my previous account to get rid of the intruder. I have been a customer for over 7 years and surprised that this has gone on for so long. Please i
    need help.

    Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

    If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet My account was hacked :) good luck!

    You'll need to continue working with support directly. If you haven't received a call, you'll need to try calling them again.
