My account was Hacked today

Hi my account was hacked today. they changed my Microsoft password and all of our contacts were lost. in our account settings it said the account was
[Mod Removed]

Micro[MOD EDIT] had better[MOD EDIT] fix this or they will loose thousands of gamers to the PLaystation 3

 

3 steps:

1. no name and shame on the forums

2. try to recover your account to prevent any further damage. as long as you have added security proofs, this should be no problem

3. contact xbox support so they can check on this matter

 

The chances of your account being "hacked" are extremely slim.

If you feel that your account has been compromised the you will need to phone support for your region & ask them to open an unautherised access case.

If you believe your account was compromised you will need to contact phone support. They do investigations for these types of situations, so if you can't login to your account on Xbox.com
(as it seems you can't) and you know the e-mail and password associated with that gamertag then there's definitely a problem. Please reach out to them by visiting this page here You
