My account was hacked this was my last way at ever getting it back

I was hacked and a hacker shut down my email and this was my last way to get it back my gt was Im Fluxi and i really would do anything to get it back plzz reply i have pics of this guys saying he was going to stal my account and hack my email. and wanting
me to pay for it back plzz help me get it back

Account Problems/ I believe I was Hacked

Yesturday, I checked on Xbox Live if my settings change witch I do every few months. But for some reason it didn't show my e-mail account, and I've never seen the e-mail address ever. Have I been hacked and is there any way of getting my e-mail back into
my Xbox Live Account?

My account got hacked about a year ago and never bothered trying to get it back until now! is their any way of getting it back?

Hey. What you can do is this : of you account was compromised I would advise you to contact xbox customer support , explain to them what happened and they can help you out if you have all the details of your account meaning: Microsoft account email you had,
gamertag , console Id , serial number, and any other details they might need. I'm not 100 % but its worth to try it. Contact the via phone , explain that your account got highjacked and see what can be done. good luck

they got on my account and changed the email from mine i need my account back i cant belive this happend

If you believe your account was compromised you will need to contact phone support. They do investigations for these types of situations, so if you can't login to your account on Xbox.com (as it seems you can't) and you know the e-mail and password associated
with that gamertag then there's definitely a problem.

My account > MICROSOFT ACCOUNT > Need help getting access to Microsoft account click Request a Call. They should be able to tell you the e-mail you should be using to login to that account if you can't access
