    So I lost the xbox account and microsoft made a investigation and said to me that I was the real owner of the account but they can't give me the account back because of some privacy ****.

    So I does not wanted to lost the progress of sea of thieves so I made the download of sea of thieves in steam because my xbox was associated wirh the steam but I can recover the progress because I dont know the email and password of the russian who hacked me

    What can I do? I tried almost everyting and no one can help me at microsoft this makes no sense

    Another option is try fill this form with the old information to see if you are able to recover the account:

    Another option can try contact Microsoft support to see if they can escalate your issue to security department.
    Due to unfortunately regular Microsoft support can’t help you on this one.
    They don’t have access to account info or can modify it

    I see, Mauro unfortunately it seems that in this case there is not much that you can do.
    They already take the decision.
    So even if you try contacting them regarding the same.
    They’re going to say the same or something like the email you received from them

    You could try contacting sea of thieves support to see if they can help you transferring your in-game progress or something similar
