    Hi there, I’ve been trying to get my hacked account back from over a year ago with the so called help of support line with no results other than hours of wasted time and the recovery forms have never worked even when I’ve pulled out old credit cards, old gamer tags I had for the account, to every password I can remember for the account with no success. And it’s been really frustrating that Microsoft so called “super secure” forms has done nothing but keep me from my own account that I had since Xbox 360, I’ve spend a lot of money of the course of those years just for someone else to have it. I don’t know what to do. Because I don’t think I’d even want to consider getting back into Microsoft and Xbox with a new account.

    I'm really sorry about this, but if the hacker changed your account security information (phone number, alternative email address) then the recovery form is the only available option to recover your account. If it is not working, I would suggest you to try to review the information you submitted and see if everything is correct. If the account recovery is still denied, I'm really sorry but nothing else can be done.

    And as you could see, no Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand.

    I’ve done this multiple times tried different answers etc. It still rejects me everytime, I’ve been trying to get into my account for the last two weeks and have tried everything possible. Is there anyway support over the phone can help? I can’t seem to get into a chat.

    Hi, the issue here is I’m using an account I’ve never used before and Xbox app itself says I’m playing Minecraft for PlayStation.

    So it appears it signs in and then signs out shortly after, after some research this is an ongoing issue for over 2 years. I’ve tried nuking my save file and everything to no avail.

I’m giving all the information I know,all the details are 100% correct,yet ‘the automated system says it isnt enough to validate things’. I find this disgraceful!
