    My account was hacked nearly 10 years ago.


    Is there anyway to regain access to my old xbox360 account? Nearly 10 years ago my account email and xbox account were hacked. I was hacked while I was very young and insanely stupid, someone scammed me and gained access to my email, and through that they
    gained access to my xbox account. I had random security questions on my Hotmail account because I was young and didn't understand the importance of them. I usually try to log into my old Hotmail account once and a while hoping it will work, it never does,
    but this time Hotmail/Outlook said that the email doesn't exist, so I have just created this email with the same email as the old one that I was hacked on. I was hoping that my xbox account would still be linked to it, it isn't. Is there any way to regain
    access to my old xbox account? I can fill in security questions to the best of my ability.

    moto gp mech assault and return to castle wolfenstien on original Xbox. nearly 10 years ago!

    Permanent and it was done on a 360 console and that has been packed in a box 2 months ago we only play on the Xbox one and really we only use Netflix I've had a live account for almost 10 years I even contacted Microsoft 3-5 months ago telling them my account
    was being hacked

    Xbox LIVE 11 Year Old Accounts with Original GT's.

    Mines about to turn to 10 years should be 11 but got hacked about 3 years ago and lost my account and a LOT of money luckily MS tracked traced and restored my account(took over a year and I got my money back) Ghost recon back in the day was a lot better
    than it is nowadays and motogp ruled lol

    I have filled in the recovery form more times than I could think of... It hasn't worked at all... They ask me for a Xbox Network Device ID, I give them it. But still, not luck. I can't talk to an agent about it over the phone, or even message them on live chat. I don't know what to do. Its so stupid since all I need is my old phone number but its impossible to recover it.

    As of this current point in time, if you gave Microsoft that info and they denied it. It might be time to just accept it unfortunately. It seems like theres no way around the phone number. (if there is I wish they would tell us)

    That form you filled out was the probably the last glimmer of hope. It happens, my wifes account the email provider literally sold the domain name to rocket mortgage, and the email account no longer exists.

    It stinks, but we learn to stay on top of our Microsoft security.
