hi my microsoft account was hacked because i was game sharing on xbox one and the person i was gamesharing with changed my password changed everything on it deleted my card details and put his own on it and ive lost everything i cant reset the password because
he has his emails set up as recovery ones if i go to the gaurds can they do anything about it the account im using now is just one ive made up to use this and try get this problem sorted ive tried to reset the passsword but i cant as they chnaged the recovery
email to there own they put 2 seperate emails onto it they changed my bank card details to there own from what i can see through the emails i got there was a purchase made on the account that i made off a friends card her name was ciara wesson ive used my
own card name is sarah heeney the card that was registered with that account of *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is now unactivated as of 2 weeks ago as i lost the card but ive now lost my xbox account with all my games that i purchased with card and with giftcard ive giving all
the information i can think of ill aplied through miscrosoft its self so i hope someone can help me out or if i go to the police can they do anything ??

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

Once your account has been resolved with MS Support with a UA (Unauthorized Acccess) Claim Investigation. That GT is associated with your Xbox LIVE Rewards program. It is GT specific. So if you're loggin on with a different GT and not your original one,
that is why your Rewards are different. You cannot merge rewards from one GT to another, unfortuantely.

My account got hacked too. Still waiting for the investigation team to properly restore my account to the state it was in before the hack. It's already been over a month!!! Somebody, HELP!
