I was hacked on October 24th and my account is still locked.

That game had an update around October of last year I think that broke the game essentially. I know there have been some fixes, but I think it was removed from the marketplace due to that.

Also last year I did an account recovery case (october 2022) , and a few days later found out the enforcement team are reviewing it. The problem is that they are reviewing it for a year now which does make sense for my opinnion

I’ve had instant on setting active since i purchased the console around october last year. Also have the console set to auto update and the last one was Feb 27 so nothing done manually. It’s happened 5 or 6 times now across a week or more so probably around
half the times I’ve turned it on.
