Discus and support My account was hacked and the email was changed to sa****@purchasmail.ru. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; On may 9, 2025, may microsoft account was hacked and the email was changed.     My account was hacked and the email was changed to sa****@purchasmail.ru.


    On may 9, 2025, may microsoft account was hacked and the email was changed. Since the email was changed, I can no longer access my account in any way. I say the new email adress clearly and i can provide it if necessary. I used the recover your account sercive but i haven't recived any respone, which is why im writing this now

    Microsoft says my account doesn't exist

    I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.
