My account was hacked and taken over

On Christmas Eve someone hacked and took over my account deleting my email and phone number off and changin the password. Next they activated two step verification to ensure I couldn't get back in. Is there any way Xbox can get me my account back? Also can
they trace where the purchases were made from?

Can't access Parental account due to hacking

If your email has been hacked and taken over without permission, you need to contact the email provider about it.

An xbox account can't actually be hacked without you giving out personal information, but if it is the parental XBOX account that was hacked, you need to call support and open an unauthorized access claim.

Yes he is, the problem is that before we reset his account on the Windows PC, it looked like his Minecraft account was taken over by a @mcmfa.email account that we never saw before. Can it be hacked/stolen?
