    My Account was Hacked and now I am banned


    My XBOX account was hacked and all of my information was erased. I contacted customer service and they assured me everything would be fine and they would be able to get all of my stuff back. Especially for fortnite, we had years of purchases and over 400 skins. Thousands of dollars spent. OUTCOME: They did NOT assist with my account and the Hacker was still able to get in and now has gotten me banned! They charged games to my account which I am currently disputing with my bank. But MICROSOFT still charged me for the Monthly Crew pack. How am I being charged on a Banned account? To make matters worse, I can't even contact anyone. Not on Chat or phone call because I am banned. HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED??

    i am pretty sure now that my console was hacked

    um duh i am pretty sure my account was hacked cant you read, somone needs to do something about it and i have proof someone was on my account and it was not me seeing how i am banned. lets see put it all together account hacked then i get banned
    hmmmm apparently it was not me that did anything so someone that can read and actually gives a crap from xbox themselves anwser me please.

    I have, I am not worried about another hack, I am concerned that due to my past enforcement history, that should I be worried that my account could get reset again or banned if the guy modded my account/tampered with it

    Very serious issue

    I had the same issue. It has nothing to do with account getting hacked. It is a security breach. There is a tool that lets you send messages from anyones account. Idk how they do it. I am now com banned twice.
