My account was hacked and I lost the games I bought on it!

Hello, today my e-mails were hijacked and I found out that my Microsoft account has been apparently deleted without notice (when trying to log in I've been told that the account is nonexistent. I have video evidence of this in my last livestream on my Twitch profile. Also, when trying to create a new account with that same e-mail, it literally allowed me to create it). I bought and owned Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Minecraft Java Edition and I have the receipt of my purchase as well (I can send it to the staff if needed). My gamertag in both these version of the game was Phantomatika. I do not know what exactly happened to my profile and the XBox Support page doesn't load, so I have nowhere else to ask for help. I want the games I paid for back.

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

Sorry I did not explain myself well.

I was hacked on the microsoft account, microsoft could not recover my account but just stoped it so no one uses it anymore.

I used to play sea of thieves on microsoft, the account was linked to steam but I just had the game on ms

Since I lost the acess to the ms account I bought the sea of thieves in steam because the account was linked and in that case I would get my data of the game back.

But now I openned the game and is asking me to login on the ms account but ai lost it because is in another email, so how can I do that?
