    My account was hacked and I just recovered it. The hacker got my personal account banned...


    So when my account was hacked I was around 12 years old. Didn't know how to recover it and didn't want to ask my parents for help since because I thought I was going to get in trouble. I spent a lot of money on it. So I just ignored it for the past years
    till now. I now realize that I should has done something about it. I managed to get back in and was so glad to do so. The hacker made the account into his personal because it had games that I never even bought. There was unauthorized charges((Outside of California))
    on my parents cards during this time period. The moment I tried signing into Live it said I was banned till 12/31/9999 :l welp . I checked on the enforcement page and found that my account was banned for cheating. I really want this account back. I will provide
    any info necessary to confirm It wasn't me cheating. If you guys are able to look at ip addresses you see an ip address outside of California(where I live) for sure or any activity on the account outside of California.

    Hey there joseph1C,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening a situation to deal with. If your sign in credentials were changed, the only ones who could help with recovering it.

    Even if they are able to help you recover it though, if it's permanently banned, there's nothing that you can do, and you would lose your content.

    yeah, i assume, everyone would say i was hacked or someone else used my account after this happened.

    You should check the website which there is an option that you can recover your account, but I do not assure you that you can recover it, sorry.
