My account was hacked and banned

Ok so first my name is Alex and my account Deneb Kaitos was unfairly banned by the Xbox enforcement team, so on July 15th, my account was banned because a person by the name of [mod removed] on Xbox (I won't say his name here but I will link my email if you need further clarification) so I was sitting downstairs on July 15th when at about 9:00 my account was banned because he went on my account and got me banned. I was very on my feet about getting banned because I was just multiplayer banned about 2 months ago and did not want to experience that again. But that person did not care. So about 2 days later I was watching a movie on my account and an alert came up saying that I was permanently suspended I filed an appeal with all of this information but I did not get my account back. so this is my last chance if you are with the Xbox enforcement team I have been a loyal customer for 11 years never touched a PlayStation controller please I have so many memories on my account and so many hours and so much money sunk into it that starting over is out of the question so if you are with the Xbox enforce team please find it in your heart to sympathize with my situation and I promise on my family that I will never get banned again if you have any questions you can contact me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, if you so feel like it I can also send you a confession from the person that did it thank you.
