My account was hacked and banned permanently

ok so awhile ago someone broke into my account and stole it and I couldn’t login so I gave up on my account I have had for years.... then recently I found a way to get back into my account only to find a red ban hammer saying I was permanently banned from
Xbox live so I did what everyone does and I called around Xbox support then went to enforcement to see that I couldn’t put in a case review because it had already been used and I just need someone who can actually help me get my account back because it was
stolen and banned for something I didn’t do I’m just mad that I potentially lost an account that I put thousands of dollars and hour into as a dedicated customer and supporter of Xbox I just want my account back please help!

permanent ban

I got Permanently banned in 2016 for cheating ok. I never cheated my account got hacked and next thing I know I lost all my money games etc.. I filed a case review and it's like nobody even read it. Which is some serious stuff. Because I'm losing my money!
I will give my information for that account so it can get fixed because this is not fair to me or anybody whose been hacked and permanently banned please fix

You can be banned for actions performed before your hiatus period. Keep in mind that the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and no one here can help you regarding

this issue.

Permanent bans occur when there are multiple infractions over a long period of time. Permanent bans are indeed permanent and there is a loss of everything connected with that account. This cannot be appealed and cannot be reversed. Every user is responsible
for their accounts and if an account was hacked and bad language was used, that would not be enough for a permanent ban. It's a very serious and irreversible step we take to ensure the safety of our other users. We thank you for reaching out to us with this
issue, but enforcement has the final say on these matters.

My activision account was hacked last night. I’ve now been permanently banned for life on cod. I appealed it and they still said no. I’ve put up with hackers for years so it’s feck annoying I’ve been banned due to a hacker.

I play on Xbox but the hacker used PC and hacked my account via battle net.

Does this mean I will need to create a new Xbox gamer account and an activision ID to get back on? My current gamer tag is linked to the banned account 😒
