    My account was falsely permanently banned


    Hello. one day I was falsely banned by Microsoft for "inappropriate content or conduct", I don't think I did anything wrong, If I did, I would at least like to have proof of what I did, I have spent thousands of dollars on this account, just for it to be permanently banned. I just want to get my account back, and if I did do something wrong I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to, I have also never received a warning either. Can someone please help? Thank you.

    My account says it was permanently suspended and they won’t tell me why pls help me.

    I got an email saying I was permanently banned. Is this false? I've only had a temporary ban one time before so how long will my account be banned?

    If it is not shown on the Enforcement page, unfortunately there is no other way to appeal the sanction.

    I submitted the review yet they didn't go and check what I said instead they said I was threatening even though there's no messages on my account of me threatening except them calling me a bunch of disgusting names. Which shows they didn't review it they
    just reupload what those kids reported and didn't check themselves showing how screwed up the system is.

    Thank you for your help, but nothing shows up on the enforcement page, it says no active suspensions, and it has no enforcement history, but the account is banned from xbox live.
