    Hi so I've been comm banned before and I just usually went with it because it was often my own fault, but I got banned yesterday and I'm not sure why. I usually check my behavior on Xbox because it's easy to get in trouble but I honestly don't know what
    I did. I also checked my messages back a few months and nothing really bad. Can someone please help me? Gamer tag Primekeeper by the way.

    I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account
    at https://enforcement.xbox.com



    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
    • Marketplace theft



    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.
    But on that event that you have already submitted a case review and the decision was upheld then there is nothing that can be done. - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click

    "You've received an enforcement action..." except I haven't...

    DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY IT COMM BANS ANY OTHER ACCOUNT THAT YOU HAVE? I CAN'T EVEN START A PARTY WITH MY OTHER ACCOUNT IF MY COMM BANNED ACCOUNT IS LOGGED IN.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    Received comms ban on console, but cannot see any reason on enforcement.xbox.com

    Today I received a comms ban on my Xbox One; I'm not sure entirely why. However, when I log into enforcement.xbox.com, there are no active bans listed -- and hence I cannot see why I was banned, nor challenge this ban.

    Given that the ban is for over 6 months, I'm pretty concerned about this. Any ideas what is going on?

    Please make sure you are logging in to the correct account on Enforcement website, Also check the emails cause they sometimes send emails explaining why as well. But it is mostly
    done via the website above ^.

    Not sure how anyone can "compensate" information.lol

    I never said you were comm banned this time,you said you have a history of comm bans & the more bans you have the more chance you have of being permanently banned if you keep getting enforcement actions on your account.

    Still not sure why you would bring an enforcement action on another account unless you had a console ban but never mind.

    You aren't getting your account unbanned so this conversation is over.

    I was falsely banned. I want to petition to get my account back.

    It’s a permanent suspension and I haven’t done anything in violation severe enough to be banned that’s for sure. Comms ban sure. Some people have excess of 5 comms bans with no permanent suspension. So it’s not abusing the system when a group of gamers come together to report one person to get them removed from a game because I wasn’t “going with the flow” of what they wanted? The system is dumb. If they look at all your messages why don’t they look at who messaged first and who violated the terms FIRST in the conversation? If the person sending the report violated the terms of agreement their whole report should be NULL. That way you can’t have bully’s report victims and get them perma banned. The whole ban system needs a rework. They aren’t showing why I got permanently suspended either when my other comms ban has the reason. Also, my other comms ban was for a typo, nice.
