    (i'm mexican, my english is bad) I can not access to my account, however in pc I can, I changed the password of my account in pc and I agreed, but in xbox I could not access, error 0x8000ffff appeared, I deleted my account and introduced it again but now
    it appears with another name ad gamertag (before Daniel Trejo, now Daniel Tauro) I checked that I had not made a mistake when I re-entered my account, but it wold be impossible since the password was changed and it is impossible to have entered another account
    with that password, the name of my gamertag was Sonyer2201 and it was associated to that account, if my gt has changed and i had to put another gamertag, where was the user Sonyer? How can I get it back?please, help!

    I was just wondering if anyone else has had their account stolen. I have a open ticket with Xbox Support. But I am looking for any other advice. I do not understand how the email on my sons account got changed and now we can not access it. Thanks in advance.

    Says Minecraft for windows 10 code has already been redeemed?

    My account says that my minecraft code (bought minecraft back in the beta days) has already been redeemed. I haven't been on minecraft in a while. I'm assuming my account has been stolen, but wouldn't, if redeemed, it be applied to my account? Or can anyone
    claim those codes? Please help.

    Also, apparently my name has been changed as well. Which is what leads me to believe my account has been stolen.

    To be sure have you double checked the email domain on the account? It is possible to have multiple accounts with different email addresses such as Hotmail, Live, Gmail, Outlook, etc.

    Post back and let us know what you discover by logging in on the
