Hi my account was recently banned and i never did anything wrong all i did was TELL people i was a modder but i was never doing any modding i am a gamer with a budget and i have spent over 600 dollars worth of content so if you could please help me that
would be great my gt is Vortex Mustof thank you

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

As Prideloss posted that is the only link that the Enforcement team monitors. Note that they don't ban people for no reason, they investigate all complaints. Bans are issued for violations of the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct only, not statements.

Doesn't matter,advertising modded lobbies is against the code of conduct,even if you wasn't modding it's enough to get a permanent ban.

Any communication which violates the COC or TOU is subject to appropriate acion, so by saying you were modding, even if it wasn't true, you were speaking of illegal actions and threatening to carry them out, which does in fact give Microsoft the right to
ban you. My suggestion is not to even hint at modding in the future, true or untrue, because if you say it then someone is bound to believe it and report you.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and

No my account was hacked and it was registered to my console and when my account was stolen my console was registered to that account and that why i was banned and my console was only temp banned

no their accounts are not account banned.

As you say they arealso banned on the forums if their account is banned. For them to post on any forum including "my xbox account was suspended", they need to create a new account, and refer to the banned gamertag in their post.

so in this case, their gamertags are not banned, because they can use their gamertags here.
