My Account Was Banned Wrongly

Hello, i have a account that was hacked and given back to me with modded gamerscore and a modded avatar that account name was Dark Tacticz xD and i was wondering if you can lift my lifetime ban?

I was banned and it wasn't my fault

My account has been wrongly banned for something I wasn't involved in. One of my friends went into my account and sent another one of my friends a rude message. The other friend therefore reported my account as a "joke" and my account has been banned. Please
help

Unfortunately once an account is banned it is not unbanned as the XBOX Live Enforcement Team gathers much evidence before banning an account that is irrefutable.

If you need to find out the reason as to why you were banned you would need to post in the policy and enforcement section of the forum located here.

Please make sure to read the stickies before making your post as most of the questions are already answered in those stickies, if for some reason they aren't answered for you, please make a new thread in the section and an XBOX Live Enforcement agent will reply
to you telling you why your account was banned.

 

Unfortunately, the ban will not be lifted. The Code of Conduct states your account is your responsibility at all times. Sorry.

 

If it had been hacked, which is very unlikely unless you gave out your login details, you should have opened an unauthorized access case as soon as you discovered that you did not have control of your account. They would have froze your account so no modifications
could have taken place. The fact that you did not do this, makes it appear as though you had control when this happened, and the ban will not be lifted as xTye stated.
