My account was banned with no valid proof of anything it said

The account that was banned is: Scissors

Asking for another player's login, password, or personally-identifiable information

Unauthorized gamertag recovery

Offering to trade Xbox LIVE or in-game services for Microsoft Points or money

None of this happened and if I said it I was lying I want account unbanned NOW or I will be contacting your organization personally.

Even if I said it doesn't make it true. I had this account when it all started I deserve my account back.

That doesn't even add up with the email I got, I need answers and if your going to ban me for what I said then I want a lower ban time.

Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

Banned for no reason

i am being harassed and being banned on my main account for no absolute reason but thats not all i have proof me being banned for no reason also this account being banned made my whole xbox become banned like all my accounts for no reason i need this to
be removed or resolved because i did not doing anything to deserve this kind of treatment

Well since he seemed to delete his account I don't think xbox is really going to be able to do anything. I'm glad you finally did get your account back, but since he doesn't have a gamertag that xbox can ban they can't really do anything. They would also
still have to find proof that it was him who hacked your account, they cant just go around banning people just because someone said they hacked their account :/

Any information regarding your ban would be listed on the enforcement site. http://enforcement.xbox.com Even if you didn't say anything, you are responsible for your account at all times. So if your sister said something while using your account, you can get a ban. Spam reporting does not result in a ban. A suspension can be given for 1 valid report. The enforcement team do not iasue bans based on a quantity of reports.
