    my account was banned unfairly and theres no way to contact the enforcement team


    I have always been a member of the Xbox community but lately trollers have been harassing me and I get threats and I get teased and everything. I had to create a new account because my banned account cannot post on forums i was banned unfairly i get harassed
    until I react and when I react they all report me at once I have done nothing wrong here and i wake up to find my account banned. That was years of hard work, time and money and i lost it all and they just expect me to start a new account and buy all my games
    again.

    I have been banned until the year 9999 when I will be dead.

    I have tried everything to contact the enforcement team. I filed a case review and they simply denied it because of my past suspensions which I just explained. They didn't even review what I wrote and this is apparently the last way to get in contact with
    the enforcement team via the forums.

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    Then there is nothing you can do.

    The enforcement team thoroughly investigate a account before banning it so you would not of been banned unfairly.

    You will not get the account unbanned.

    A conscious gamer of xbox live community knows that the ways to deal with online harassment is by reporting the harassing party or blocking them to prevent future harassment. Retaliating provoked or not is a breach of xbox live Code of Conduct and as such
    object to enforcement.

    Since you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld no one can help you further for this issue. There is nothing else you can do but start fresh keeping in mind the rules of the service and the Code of Conduct: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    Unfortunately you pretty much answered your own question, The only way to contact the enforcement team is via the case review and the only contact you will actually get from the enforcement team on that is whether your appeal is successful or not, Theres
    no other way of appealing your ban or contacting the enforcement team as they have no support number, agent support, forums or email address.

    My account was harshly permanently suspended last year

    unfortunately the appeal you performed unsuccessfully was the only way you could contact the enforcement team.

    You cannot appeal the ban again and there is absolutely no way you can talk with the enforcement team, Theres also no one who can help you on the forums and the customer support team cannot help with bans either.

    If the account was banned there's usually a valid reason as to why. However if you believe it's unfair you can contact enforcement and if they also believe they were unfairly enforced they shall remove it
