    My account was banned for no reason.


    Hello Xbox Enforcement. I was banned from online play recently and I don't have any type of blemish on my history with you guys. I'm here at a friends house visiting and it's not letting me play online. Can someone possibly help or explain this for me?

    Anything regarding suspension/account bans should go to the ''My XBOX Live Account was Suspended'' section.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have & to file for a case review if eligible you need to go to the enforcement site

    Despite what some may claim, XBLPET will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
    always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    When you sign in with the account that has the enforcement action on it you will see an orange hammer in one of the boxes on the main page when you click on that it will bring up your enforcement history for that account.

    Once on the enforcement history page it will show you your ENTIRE history and if any of the actions are eligible for a review there would be a choice to apply for a review.

    It will then ask you a series of questions about the code of conduct (ALL of the answers are on the enforcement teams webpage) once you get ALL of them correct it will allow you to appeal your case

    The enforcement team will then reinvestigate your case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    If they determine that it was a valid report and suspension and uphold the suspension that is the final decision and you would just have to wait out the suspension.

    Head over to the support area (why my account was banned) or check your e-mail for a reason why.

    Wait two weeks and play by the rules..
