My account was banned for life.

I was playing with a man in smite and he was provoking me and calling me bad. Then about 30 min. After that match had ended i get a msg over xbox and hes just telling essentially how bad i am. At this point i was mad and admit i sent him a harsh msg
but at no point did i threatin him in any way. Overall i think a more fit consequence would be a communication suspension. By the way this was on my other account. The gamertag is "Lm warming up". Email me if you need that account info. Please review this

Hello BiannualPaper7, your suspension will most likely stand, as Microsoft does not make mistakes and the investigation team closely looks into the account. Asking for money or currency could include any of the following: Asking for MSP, Gold membership
codes, Call of Duty Elite passes, etc. As for the asking for passwords, you must have sent out a message to all friends offering a service where as you needed to recover their account on your Xbox. Xbox does monitor this and asking others could and will result

I cannot sign into my xbox live account and it says my account has been subject to enforcement action, i have checked my email and it says i violated some code of conduct and says to sign into the enforcement webpage to find out more, when i try to sign
in on the website it does not allow me to, i have been banned for no given reason received, what shall i do?

 

Same thing happened to me, I have been given NO reason at all. I have no idea if I've actually been banned for communications or not. The other day a glitch happened in the middle of a FIFA match, normal thing since it was early access, not the final game,
and maybe the other guy was an idiot and reported me, and I've been banned for that. I don't know because I can't login to the Enforcement site.

It also has Russian writing in it in one of the links. Probably has something to do with the bug.

 

Same to me, I can't access the enforcement. I received this measure without any reason. I played last a month and a half ago and I received the order today, why? It is absurd. Who do I contact?

 

Try to contact Xbox chat. On the xbox site, go to support, then xbox one, and at the bottom of the page, "contact us". Then "My account", "Manage account", and click on the chat. I already did and the lady filed a report to her superiors with my case, and
also to Enforcement. The more of us there are the better chance we have they solve this.

 

Xbox Supports cannot assist us with the suspension and account bans as well. They just see the dates and all at their end, but they will refer us to enforcement still.

They don't have contact to the Enforcement Team and Department. That's what the last agent that I spoke to told to me.

 

Nobody said they could, I'm talking about the enforcement site problem. That they are supposed to help us with. However I still haven't received an e-mail, and it's been 3 days.

 

Have you tried to access enforcement website via another internet browser?

 

Same here, no explanation and no way to contact them. Microsoft don't care and are the worst for dealing with public and complaints. Get use to it. Either take them to court like some have or just take it on the chin.

back in but I have gotten a red hammer saying that i was permently banned. Prior to this I did not do anything but I have been suspened two weeks ago when my "friend" signed on and banned me i sent a case review about it but I did not win. I look passed that
saying "hey it is only a two week suspension" but after this red hammer incident I opened a roar that could probably make a greater canyon than The Grand Canyon. You can see i'm very frustrated and I need your help for this. Please look at this.

"I have been suspended two weeks ago when my "friend" signed on and banned me" So why was your friend on your account? was it with your permission? if so then any wrongdoing done by your friend its your full responsibility.
