    My account was banned for a stupid reason


    Hi, my xbox account was banned because i was explaining what my gamerpicture was to a guy where it said
    [Mod Removed] on it, and for some reason i got banned in less than 20 seconds. I need to get my account unbanned because thats a stupid reason to get banned for.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement issues. The PET are in sole charge of enforcements and can only be reached via the case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com/

    If you give an inappropriate profile image. Or if you insult someone through messages or voice. You will be punished. You can not be surprised.

    Its a perfectly valid reason for a suspension. You cant use insults or slurs on xbox live.

    That term is considered a slur, so you can try to appeal to enforcement but it was a violation.

    Its a perfectly valid reason for a suspension. You cant use insults or slurs on xbox live.
