my account was banned for 24hrs as of Friday 1/8/17 it hasn't been fully cleared

it's on the Xbox one console but was told to post on 360

Can someone answer me how long I am banned it was my 1st offense and it's says for 1 day and it has been 24hrs

24hrs, I definitely hasn't been this way for 4 years..

Hi everyone. This is what support had me do for my brothers account and it worked. I hope this helps.

1.Launch Xbox Video

2.Slide left to "My Videos"

3.Select "Account Management"

4.Press "X" to refresh

5.Check all of the Hard Drive for corrupted files

6.Delete all corrupted files

7.Clear Cache 3 times

8.Power cycle console (turn off and unplug for 3 minutes)

9.Plug into the wall

10. Repeat steps 1-8

11. Remove Hard drive and use a different one if possible

12. Plug in

13. Repeat steps 1-8

14. Do a connectivity flush

a. Unplug modem

b. Router

c. Plug modem in and wait till fully booted

d. Plug in router and wait till fully booted

15. Repeat steps 1-7

16. Do system Rollback and re-download system update

17. Repeat steps 1-4

and it worked at this point!!

There is some reading fail in this thread.

I will try and make it clear.

- A 24 hour communication ban was applied to my account on 8/7/2016 9:50:11 AM (UTC).

- It is now around 5am UTC on 8/9/2016 - almost 2 days later.

- There is no option to contact enforcement as this was supposed to be a 24 hour ban.

- The enforcement forum has been shut down effective late 2015.

- I have contacted xbox live support twice who have confirmed on both occasions this ban has expired and to post on these forums.

- I would like a contact at enforcement so I can have this investigated.

- I would like a refund on the 12 months of xbox live I added earlier this week (exp 17 Oct 17).

So if anyone has any actual advice that would be great.
