My account was banned for 24 hours during Xmas eve and Xmas day unfairly

I was banned for cursing in a message, but so did the other user. Fair enough i've cursed before in several messages over my 6 year life on XBL but this one guy couldn't take that I beat him in FIFA so the little runt who gave off to me reported me....I
get banned for 24 hours over Christmas....Christmas. Fine, I got a Playstation so I don't care.

Then I go back on and I talk to my friends and ignore some hate messages that i get from people I beat in FIFA...hmmm funny coincidence that???

Now I go back to my Xbox and find out I have been banned AGAIN??? I have NEVER been banned in 6 years on Xbox and now since I've started playing FUT Champions, I suddenly get banned. Oh...it must be me. So I check my messages sent and received, and not a
single curse word or threat or harassment in them....not one thing, "GG" "Merry Christmas" that's literally it. And now I'm banned for 7 days.....SEVEN DAYS. A WHOLE WEEK.

My question. WHAT. THE. ****!!! How can I challenge this other than throw it into the dark abyss that is "review your ban". I can just as easily switch to Playstation now so it's your move Xbox. Fix your broken system.

i got ranbked 400 on xmas eve ion hord on bloodwork about 1 or 2 am xmas day on buttle marsh the host went black and iwent back to leave 1 lost all stuff but game e and leard load
