    My account was banned for 2 weeks (oPoizn) for no reason.


    went to sign into my profile and came up a message saying i was banned until the 16/09/2014, so then i spoke to someone on the xbox live support chat and even they said that they cant find any valid reason why i got a 2 week ban.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    You can find out info about your ban/suspension on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Live support chat say the same thing everytime, i bet they then told you to post on the forums.

    Chat support have no information concerning any bans, when they told you to wait while they checked, they were probably eating biscuits.

    You could check your e-mail for a reason why...

    Either way, in 2 weeks you will get everything back.

    As a Customer myself, I am thankful people are delt with when needed.

    Finally someone else who has my problem, mines a bit different tho, i was banned for 1 week then the next day banned for 2 weeks and if i go to xbox support it has no reasoning for the suspension
