My account was banned and it was made not even more than a year ago

you played on 360 and you recieved a notification your Profile was signed in on a different console?

check live.xbox.com/.../Protection if there are other consoles shown than your own and possibly friends consoles if you ever played there (you can see the date on which a sign in was
done) - only if YES, you should call in Support again and let them investigate if there was someone abusing your account

I don't really have a high opnioin of the support staff. I went to them for a problem and kept overlooking everything i type to them. When I suggested i think I might know how to fix it they disagreed saying that won't do it, after a little argument with
them for just wasting my time she wanted to transfer me to someone else. So I said no, i'll just leave my chat feedback. Then I went to try out that idea of my own to try solvve the problem and it worked. So I've learnt never to pay atttention to anything
the agents on chat say to me anymore.

As for their theories why you got banned, theyy sound quite a bit far fetched and imaginative I really doubt it's through jealous gamers or re-signing in. Sometimes games gliches out on meand it says I am signed in on a different console, so I sign back
in and I am not banned. Did you check the e-mail that they sent along side the ban? In that it probably won't show you what it was you was banned for but it could give you a little idea from some of the reasons

They really are the only ones who can give out the information you are aquiring. If you cannot get the information from the Enforcement Team there probably is no wayy of really finding out the true reason of the suspension

Last thing you shold do is go to a support agent an find out though, they won't know anything in regards to suspensions of consoles or accounts. So you're just wasting your own time in that scenario. I'm sorry that your account got banned, I myself wouldn't
know either but from what I've seen in your post it does sound a bit weird.

You would need to post here to find out why you were banned -

It doesn't matter how long you've had an account, if the enforcement team finds you did something to violate the terms, the will ban the account.
