    I have a problem with my tenure account. my tenure was 1 but now it is 0 :I !

    What happened to my account and what should I do?

    Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

    I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

    Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

    problem in my account

    hi , my account always signs out when i open anything and i have to sign in everytime i open an app. , a game or even the store . and when i open the avtar store it signs out and the store closes . please tell me the reason and the way to solve it
    . i tried to delete the account only but it didnt and said there was an error . and i tried to delete the cache 3 times but it didnt work and i still have the problem.

    My Account Tnureship problem

    Tenure is how long your account has had Xbox Live Gold. Since you are currently a Free member, you have no tenure value. If you subscribe to Xbox Live Gold again, your tenure will start increasing from where you left off.

    Like DannoMcK said above, you only accumulate tenure while you have a Xbox Live Gold Subscription. If your tenure is 1 year, then you still have 1 year of tenure, only it isn't visible on your profile since you're Silver. It will reappear as soon as your
    account is Gold again.

    Like DannoMcK said above, you only accumulate tenure while you have a Xbox Live Gold Subscription. If your tenure is 1 year, then you still have 1 year of tenure, only it isn't visible on your profile since you're Silver. It will reappear as soon as your

    Hello EmanueleL89,

    We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
    or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.
